Cheyenne and Daniela met in 6th grade, bonding over their golden retriever puppies. It has been nonstop adventures and late night phone calls ever since.
Cassy Vazquez
Matron of Honor
Cheyenne and Cassy met during nursing school orientation at USF in April 2011. They lived together for 3 years in downtown Orlando and have shared countless memories, along with a huge obsession with Dancing with the Stars.
Dana Julick
Bridesmaid
Dana and Cheyenne met working L&D at the hospital in 2018. It all started when Cheyenne asked Dana if she would be down to spend $250 on JLo tickets, to which Dana obliged and they watched JLo ring in her 50th birthday with a 2 hour set. Then they did not see each other for 3 years, randomly planned an African safari/Dubai trip, and met up in Atlanta to fly & spend 3 weeks in Africa on what turned out to be a vacation of a lifetime in May-June 2022. The rest is history.
Flora Engel

Cheyenne was Flora's nursing professor in 2017. After Flora graduated, she moved into Cheyenne's downtown Orlando apartment building and the two became frequents at each other's apartments. They also traveled to Hawaii for Cheyenne's birthday in 2019, 2020, and 2021. Flora now lives in Alaska and hosted Cheyenne & Matt for spring break March 2024, showing them all the amazing sights and adventures Alaska has to offer!
Theresa Brown
Bridesmaid
Cheyenne and Theresa went to middle and high school together. The two quickly bonded over sharing the same last name (not for long now!), and referred to each other as sisters or "Brown Town". Theresa has since moved to Colorado to pursue a career as a rocket scientist and they have visited each other several times over the years, with the best part being it always feels like no time has passed.
Chris Tersigni

Chris was Cheyenne's mentor (now "work husband" despite the distance) when she was a brand new nursing professor at the end of 2016. They were both student favorites in the nursing program and always sat together at meetings. Eventually, they started sharing endlessly long phone calls, going to Halloween Horror Nights/Howl-O-Scream every year, drag queen shows, and DWTS shows. Chris was the one who inspired Cheyenne to start her PhD (although COVID inspired the indefinite hiatus from this). Chris now lives in Seattle with his husband and graciously hosted Cheyenne & Matt over the summer during their PNW vacation. He is beyond excited that Cheyenne finally found Matt and he can stop being a therapist listening to all her terrible dating experiences over the years.
Christine Dada

Christine was Cheyenne's first friend (and roommate!) when she starting travel nursing. The two met on a travel nurse facebook page in November 2019 and decided to make plans to share housing when they arrived in Reno, Nevada. They were together when the world shut down for COVID, and Cheyenne supported Christine as she navigated her new COVID hobbies which consisted of sewing and making masks. The two reunited again in Oregon for a little weekend getaway in Cannon Beach the following summer, and have remained in close contact over the years. Cheyenne and Christine got to introduce their fiances to each other in June 2024 during their PNW vacation.
Leslie Monahan

Leslie is Matt's older sister and Cheyenne's future sister-in-law. Growing up, Cheyenne always wanted a sibling and she is so ecstatic to be getting one as amazing as Leslie. Leslie is a lawyer in northern Virginia and has 3 beautiful children who now get to call Cheyenne an Aunt!
