What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue(s)?

Answer

We will be providing a wedding shuttle from both hotels which will run to and from the venue throughout our event. There is also onsite parking but please keep in mind vehicles cannot be left overnight and there is no camping onsite.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both ceremony & reception will be outdoors or in open, non climate controlled pavilion. Please dress for the weather.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

Weather in June in Black River falls is typically pleasant & warm with highs in the mid 70s lows in the high 50s. Rain showers can be common so please watch the weather and bring an umbrella if rain is called for.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Space at our venue is limited so we ask you limit guests to those listed on your invitation.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We will be serving light hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet style dinner with multiple options to accommodate all guests. If you have any food allergies or restrictions please be sure to specify on your RSVP so we can be sure to accommodate your needs.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please be sure to arrive at least 30-45 min early as there is a short tractor ride & brief walk to the ceremony location. This will allow all guests time to find seats prior to the ceremony start.
