The ceremony and reception will now take place at the Thomasson's private residence in Newnan, Georgia on August, 8th 2020 at 6:00 pm. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Details: Ceremony and reception will be held in fully enclosed AIR CONDITIONED tents. Tents will allow for socially distanced seating, eating, and dancing. Valet parking onsite. Harris and I both grew up in Newnan. Our paths crossed occasionally and we always enjoyed eachother's company. During my sophomore year and Harris' junior year of college, Harris accompanied me to one of my college roommates' Debutante Ball in Rome, Georgia.

In the summer of 2017, both of us freshly graduated, our paths crossed again at the Kees' wedding in Scotland. We spent a week together hiking mountains in the Highlands, riding horses along the beach, and exploring the bustling city of Edinburgh. Shortly after the trip Harris asked me to be his girlfriend.

One night before dinner with our parents, Harris asked if I wanted to go see some dolphins that had found their way into the river. It was that spot, between the beautiful salt marshes and the dazzling Cloister, that he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! The diamond in my engagement ring was Harris' grandmother's from his father's side, which is very sentimental.
