Chelsea and Sri are both consultants - on the road every week, Monday through Thursday. Sri lived in Wisconsin, Chelsea lived in Atlanta. They were traveling every week to Springfield, Illinois to work on a large project. Sri was the quiet one at the office and Chelsea was the outgoing one. The project was a large project, so Sri and Chelsea rarely crossed paths. Chelsea would run every morning before work. And Sri would run every evening after work. One day, a mutual friend suggested they run together! Sri agreed and they decided to meet at 5am to go for a run! Day after day, week after week, Sri and Chelsea would meet every morning to run before work - where their friendship grew, getting to know more about each other outside of work. Chelsea and Sri realized they had so much in common, but also LOVED learning so much about each other's families and cultures. It wasn't long before they knew that this relationship was meant to be. So here we are, planning two amazing weddings, and looking forward to the rest of our lives :)

Sri and Chelsea both moved to Denver, Colorado so they could spend more time together when they aren't traveling for work. They love the outdoors! They love exploring colorado - hiking, running, and Sri is even learning how to ski! Colorado has brought them new friends and a new home!

Chelsea's entire family was out in Colorado visiting, for what she thought was a long weekend away. On the morning of Saturday, August 4th, 2018, Sri suggested that they go for a hike - one of Chelsea's favorite things to do. They often search the AllTrails app for hikes near them, so they can get out and explore a new area. They went to Mount Falcon Park for a nice 3 miles hike on a gorgeous day. About two thirds of the way through the hike, Sri paused - and had Chelsea join him on a bench, admiring the beautiful scenery. Next thing she knew, she turned around, Sri was on one knee, holding out a ring. Tears were flowing and when Chelsea could finally compose herself, she said "YES!"
