When should I arrive at the venue?

Guest arrivals begin at 2:45 pm.

Yes, the cocktail hour will be from 4:30-5:30.

Are there any special events during the night?
Answer
Yes, we will open a coffee bar to keep the night going and give people extra energy. We will also end the night with fireworks!

We ask all guests to dress in semi-formal attire.

Is there a recomended hotel for us to stay at?
Answer
A travel link at the top of this website has accommodations for overnight stays. Feel free to find other accommodations if need be.

Will transportaion be provided from the recomended hotel to the venue and back?
Answer
Yes, we will be providing a shuttle service from the recommended hotel (Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dawsonville) to the venue. It will run 2 times from the hotel to the venue. The first pickup will start at 2:30 pm and the second will start at 3:00 pm. The travel back service to the hotel will start at 6:30 pm and continue through the night.

What if I want to drive myself to the venue and not use the shuttle service?
Answer
That is completely fine. There is a large parking area at the front of the venue to utilize for parking. If you decide to drive please be responsible with your drinking throughout the night to ensure safe travel home.

Is there an open bar for the wedding?
Answer
Yes, there is an open bar for the venue serving a variety of spirits, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic options.

What are the colors of the wedding?

The wedding color palette is Gold, Green, and Black.

What will the weather be like during the wedding?
Answer
Historically the weather is mid-60s to low 70s during this time of year with a low chance of rain. With that in mind, we would greatly appreciate your prayers that this trend continues on our wedding day. We would love for you all to enjoy the amazing scenery while we celebrate this special event.
