When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 8/12/2022 so that we may provide the headcount to the venue and caterer.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we are only able to accommodate children of immediate family.

I have a food allergy/dietary restictions, can I make a special request?

What do I do if something changes and I can/can't make it after I have RSVPd?

Answer

We understand things come up. Please email us right away at alyssaericwedding@gmail.com so we can make changes.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30PM. Please arrive at 4:00PM so you can get settled in your seat.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We recommend a suit and tie or a sport coat for the gents and a cocktail dress for the ladies. No denim or any variation of white.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We hired professional photographers and videographers to capture our special day. Please refrain from using your phone, iPad, or camera during the ceremony.

Will vaccination/negative tests/masks be required?
