Seriously? Like, I thought we were FRIENDS.
We met in 2017 in an Ornithology class where Chauncey was the TA and I a student. After the class ended, we spent about 7 more months flirting, cooking together, and hiking and camping together before either of us realized the attraction was mutual. Since then it's been nonstop thrills, chills and some weekend grills. We are sorry.
More than anything, we want to see your bright, squishy faces at our wedding. We want this to be a party, a hootenanny, but definitely not a hoedown, and your presence is important to us. If you're having trouble with accommodations, travel, or your next-door neighbor's lemon tree, give us a call or text. If you're traveling to New Mexico and haven't been (or it's been a while), remember that it's higher altitude (similar to Denver) and we have SO. MUCH. SUN. We were the original Sunshine State- Florida can suck an egg. Stay hydrated and slathered in sunscreen- we want you in tip-top partying condition.
There are a few requests we have for all you beautiful broads: 1. Be vaccinated (COVID, TDAP, Rabies if necessary). No one wants that crap. 2. If you have a child over 1 year old, get a babysitter. This venue is a working farm, and they're real testy about unsupervised kids (or just kids? hard to read the vibe). If you have little ones and need to make arrangements, get in touch and we can help. 3. Parking?! If you feel like cutting loose and get real wild, the venue's parking is available until the next morning, so don't worry if Uber is your DD for the evening.
