What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

5 pm- Allow time to get through the gate and navigate to the clubhouse which is 1.7 miles from the gate - there could be a line. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm. *Please note only 1 gate is open on the weekends-

Can I bring a date?

We are keeping our guest list intimate and includes people that mean a lot to us. We kindly ask that you not bring a plus one without it already being implied. If there is a special circumstance please reach out and we can discuss it further.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

WPAFB has an arrangement with UBER- This is something we strongly suggest you arrange before the event night to prevent confusion. Not all drivers may have base access. However, you could arrange for a driver to pick you up at a gate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is plenty of parking for the event

How do I get on the base

Answer

You will need to provide Brent or Chastity with each guest over 16's Full Name, driver's license number, and state of issuance. (ID card for non-drivers). There are no exceptions.

Are you getting married outdoors? What about the reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Not strict dress code, however, we ask you to keep in mind it is a wedding. Many ladies that have sent me pictures are wearing long dresses that fall mid-calf or longer. Guys, a button down and slacks are fine, sport jackets are of course welcome.
