Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children at our venue during the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Unless otherwise specified on invitations, we kindly ask no children attend.
Since the day we got engaged, we never imagined a worldwide pandemic would suddenly become an overwhelming factor in planning such an important day, shared with our many friends and family. That said, we would like to provide the following recommendations to guests as ways to mitigate risk: It is the responsibility of guests to ensure they are in good health when traveling and attending our wedding. If you do not feel well in the days leading up to our big day, we ask they you celebrate with us in spirit and do not attend. This also applies to those with compromised immune systems. We encourage guests planning to attend to get tested at least 3 days in advance. It is the responsibility of guests wear appropriate face coverings when necessary. We encourage frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizers. If guests are still apprehensive, choosing not to attend after returning your RSVP in confirmation, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
Due to the anticipated number of guests attending, we've chosen a set menu, catered in-house by our venue. Because the bride adheres to a gluten-free diet, two of hors d'oeuvres options served during the cocktail hour, the main course, and two of the dessert options will be gluten-free. If guests should prefer a vegetarian option for their main course, please let Rachel know by call or text at 850-933-3958 by April 22nd.
