Chase and Kathleen met at Cook Children's Hospital in the Emergency Department. Kathleen was working as a nurse and Chase was working as a medical scribe. Chase told Kathleen he liked her scrub top everyday they worked together for about a month, but Kathleen was of course oblivious to his antics. He then asked her to walk out to the parking garage together after shift but she got caught up in the psych pod and missed their "date". Finally, push came to shove, and he instant messaged her at work asking for her phone number and a real date! They got tacos with Zook and the rest is history...
