We're going for a formal, black-tie vibe. For ladies, a floor-length evening gown would be a perfect choice but feel free to be colorful. For the guys, a formal suit and bow tie with a tuxedo or dinner jacket sounds ideal. Military personnel feel free to wear dress uniform. Most importantly, wear your dancing shoes!
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. Help us get the party started as scheduled!
Yes, weather-permitting. The ceremony will be taking place in an outdoor garden. We recommend you bring a jacket or warm layer for the ceremony. In the case of rain, we'll be indoors. The reception will have indoor & outdoor space. We expect the temperature to be 45-55 degrees at the ceremony time but this is Alabama...
To allow all our guests to relax and enjoy the celebration, we have chosen to make our special day a child-free event. We hope you will understand and take the opportunity to relax and celebrate!
Yes. We'll be serving dinner with drinks and desserts available throughout the evening. Please kindly notify us of any special dietary requirements.
While we want our guests to enjoy a celebratory evening of dancing, food and drinks, it is most important to ensure that our guests return safely to their accommodations. Because on-demand car or taxi services are NOT readily available in our venue area, if you wish to partake in alcoholic beverages, please plan to have a sober driver. Security will be on-hand to ensure our guests are safe upon departure. If you need a ride, ASK! We're happy to help coordinate carpooling of guests upon request.
