Things To Do
Pikes Peak Summit House
-Call the phone number before heading up there as the weather could close down the top! -Get the Donuts at the top and take a picture because they are the highest doughnuts you will probably have! - Fill up with a tank of gas before going up and be sure your car or truck has good breaks.
Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center
Obviously this one is on the list. It is a free park there are many many pull offs and different spots to explore. There is the first main parking lot that will take you to the main line of "Red Rocks" and you will see lots of people but feel free to explore deeper into the park and check out the other pull offs and be sure to go to balancing rock!

Very good museum for all ages and lots of fun learning about the Olympics/paraolympics
Paint Mines Interpretive Park
If you have a car and some time for a little drive go check out the painted mines. Free park that has geology that will be super stunning and you will have so much fun running around and checking out the different colors of all the rocks WARNING it is out in the middle of no where in the plains east of the springs!
Raspberry Mountain
If you want to check out a few hikes not too too far away from Colorado Springs one we alway suggest is Raspberry Mountain If you call Chase early enough( NOT ON THE WEDDING DAY) he is for sure to go with you!
Manitou Springs Penny Arcade
Great place to explore and get into the heart of manitou!
Manitou Incline
THIS IS NOT AN EASY HIKE. This is one of those intense hikes so it is not for the faint hearted. Plan on going up the stairs and down the Barr Trail for the way down. Bring Water ( hydration pack is suggested). Covid Depending you may need to make reservations for a time to hike up it so they prevent lots of people on the trails.

An underground restaurant that has some good unique foods and drinks that are Alice and Wonderland Themed!
Brooklyn’s on Boulder Street
Speak easy, call ahead to make reservations. They have wonderful drinks, a little pricey but they are very much worth it if you have one or two!
Cork & Cask
Great Place to go if you like Whiskey or Wine and can have some small appetizers for a fancy date out.

Great restaurant, great atmosphere all around great food and drinks

If you are coming in from Denver and want to spend some time up in the Denver area there is a wonderful and fun tour of the Coors Brewery!
