What should I wear?

Answer

Black Tie is optional. This gives you the option of taking that formal dress down a tad. Men can opt for a dark suit and tie OR a tux. Women can choose between cocktail dresses or a floor length dress. We want you to be comfortable and fabulous!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have found and blocked a handful of hotels that are downtown and close to the wedding festivities! If these hotels aren't a good fit. No problem - you won't hurt our feelings!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your family but we would like for you to keep them at home for this adult only event. There will be no onsite babysitter, but we do have some local babysitter (trusted) contacts for you to use if you want to bring them and make it a family vacation! Please email Charlotte or Mark about for babysitter recommendations.

Parking at the Reception.

Answer

The Lace House, located on the South Carolina Governor’s Mansion Complex, is nestled in the historic Arsenal Hill neighborhood in Columbia. There is plenty of parking on the street and in the parking deck located on Lincoln Street
