Question

Why did we host our wedding venue at East Horton's?

Answer

Both myself and Brandon had quite some time to think about where and how we would like to get married and after many conversations it continuously led back to a rustic barn style wedding. When we first visited East Hortons we fell head over heels in love with this venue, the aesthetics of the barn and club in general were beautiful and exactly what we was looking for. The sites and spectacular views from outside of east Horton's also fitted our dream wedding, you'll see when you arrive!! Overall, the location suits us and how we wish to celebrate our day of love.

Question

What shall I wear?!

Answer

Please NO WHITE! Well we are both suckers for the original wedding/guest clothing, the theme of our wedding with be a traditional rustic; Sage Green, Champagne and White, so we are excited to see all of our lovely friends and family dress up to celebrate this day with us! PS. I'm also a sucker for comfort, Ladies, please do bring slippers/sandals/flip flops our poor ankles were not made to wear heels for several hours! :) EKKKK, were exciting to see you all dressed for the occasion!

Food/ Drinks?

Answer

Food will be covered for all of our guests on the day of the wedding; The breakfast menu is Italian and the evening food is Buffett food. Drinks; East Horton's has a bar in both the venue room & Garden room in which you are able to purchase alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from. Unfortunately we are unable to bring our own drinks into the venue so any and all drinks will be purchased through East Horton's bar, we have done our research through reviews and have seen that its fairly priced for such events.

Timings?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 13:00pm For the ceremony please attend the venue 45 minutes before to get comfortable and seated. The reception will begin at 16:30pm To all our wonderful family and friends, please attend to our reception from 16:00pm onwards, All celebrations come to an end. For this special day that time will be at the last strike of midnight to gather your footmen and carriage!

Can i bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with our nearest and dearest! We are afraid that we cannont accomodate additonal guests unless stated otherwise already on your invites

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately as much as we'd love to invite all of the children of our family and friends, we can only accommodate immediate children only. We hope you will understand this decision and that you will still join us on our very special day.

I am unable to attend what should i do?

Answer

Whilst you will be truly missed, if you are unable to attend we would be grateful if you could RSVP and let us know at the earliest opportunity so that we can plan accordingly.

Can i take pictures?

Answer

In order for our guests to be fully present with us during one of the most special moments of our lives, we are having a "unplugged" ceremony. We have professional photographers who will capture those special moments. We will of course share our photos with you all afterwards. After the ceremony, we would love for you all to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away!

Can i share photos on social media?

Answer

Of course, we welcome you to share our special day! However, we kindly request that guests do not post any photos of the Bride and Groom on social media until they have had the opportunity to do so first.

Travel and Parking For The Ceremony/ Reception

Answer

Well I'm glad you asked! Free parking for all attending guests whether that be ceremony or reception rest assured you don't have to park in a multi-story and get the bus... Method of travel preferred: - Broomstick - Camel - Pumpkin Coach - Pony borrowed from Bilbo Baggins in the Shire -Car (BORRINGGG) East Hortons hosts free parking onsite for both the ceremony and reception.

Food Allergies

Answer

If any attending guests have any food allergies or intolerances, please inform either the bride or groom so that this can be catered to.
