The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm sharp so we suggest arriving around 4:30-4:45. Be aware if you are using the trolley that it does come every 15 minutes and to leave enough time to get there!
The Chalet is NOT at the main resort building where you will check in. There are 2 options for getting to the Chalet. 1. Trolley: There is a complimentary trolley that will pick up from the main lobby and take you to the Chalet. We suggest anyone wanting to drink and stay at the hotel to take the trolley! 2. Driving: There is a parking lot right outside of the venue. If you choose to drive, you will drive past the main building and follow the signs that lead all the way to the mountain top. You can also ask any worker and they will be happy to help you find your way!
Yes! There is a discounted block for our wedding guests. Under the "Guest Accommodations" tab there is a link to booking rooms under our room block at a discounted rate.
Our wedding dress code is cocktail. For reference this can be midi dresses for women and suit/tie for men. If you care to dress to the theme, our theme is French Garden Party!
We will be able to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please fill that out in your RSVP so we can let the caterers know.
