We love your kids, but kindly request that this be an adults-only affair. No one under 21 will be permitted to enter the venue.
Cocktail attire. Please keep in mind that it will be October in the mountains, so bring a jacket, wrap, sweater, or whatever keeps you warm! We do not have a wedding party, so don't worry about clashing colors.
Yes! There is plenty of parking at Phillies Bridge Farm.
Mostly outside. Please dress accordingly! Cocktail hour will be outside in front of the barn. Dinner will be in a walled tent behind the barn. Dancing will be inside the barn.
Please RSVP on our website no later than September 1, 2024. The earlier, the better! Use the RSVP tab to let us know if you are coming.
To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab at the top of this page. Type in the name or names listed on your envelope. Select "Will Attend" or "Will Not Attend" and hit submit!
Agnes Devereux is catering! Agnes owned the Village Tea Room, where both Alexa and Charlie worked while in college at SUNY New Paltz. Agnes partners with local purveyors to craft her seasonal, farm-fresh recipes. Please note your entree choice when you RSVP on our website.
Hell yeah
Not everyone will be able to have a plus one. While we wish we could accommodate everyone, our venue does have a cap on the number of guests we can have. If your envelope says, "and guest," you may bring a plus one.
We are having a small, private ceremony. We are excited to celebrate our marriage with everyone at our reception! Cocktail hour will be from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. We will then move to the tent for dinner (appetizer and entrée course). There won't be a formal dessert course. Cake, coffee, and tea will be served buffet-style. Dancing will be in the barn until 10:00 p.m. After that, we hope you will join us at Huckleberry for an open bar!
Music must end at 10:00 p.m. per a town ordinance. But we hope you can join us at Huckleberry for an open bar after! Please note if you will be attending when you RSVP.
Yes! Please see the Travel tab of our website.
We are having an open bar after the reception ends. The open bar is at Huckleberry on Church Street. We may hit a brewery on Sunday, but we don't have any formal plans. All are welcome to join whatever we get up to on Sunday — just text us!
There will be buses to take everyone from the reception to the open bar. You may also choose to drive or call a cab. There is a ton of parking at the farm. We are not doing a hotel block, and we are not providing a bus to the reception. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyfts, and taxis in New Paltz!
