If you know us, you know we were very specific about the non-negotiables in our forever spouse. Finding what we were looking for proved difficult, but we did it with a little help ;-) and a lot of miles on I-75. We met on a blind date on a random Tuesday morning in Cincinnati. We trusted God's will, blended our 5 amazing kiddos, intertwined our families and friends, never gave up on us, and have had so much fun along the way, planning our forever. Michelle never would have guessed that all along what she was really looking for was an economics professor from Kentucky :) . When he is not busy studying health economics, Chuck loves to coach his boys' baseball teams, take them for random outings, and of course hang out with his bride. He is from New York, lived most of his childhood in Florida, and moved all over for school and work. He is now happily "stuck" here (well, somewhere between Ohio and Kentucky) with Michelle, who has a 20 year career at her company as a new home counselor for a local new home builder. She also teaches fitness classes at the YMCA and has an amazing 7 year old girl Layla. Funny, Chuck is an only child also, but he didn't know when to stop with kids and has 4 awesome boys that keep his life from ever being boring. The dynamic between our kids is pretty special. The boys keep Layla entertained and Layla keeps the boys (Asher, Xavi, Trevi and Remi) sort of "in line". We look forward to blending our families and finding our dream home this summer! Wedding day details: It's outdoors, mostly. There is shelter if inclement weather. Dress code: garden party. We will have an amazing band, some great food, a beautiful venue, and a whole lot of fun!
