This is a luxury hotel right on the beach in Leblon, one of the highest end neighborhoods in Rio. Impeccably designed, very trendy, and right on the best beach in Rio. Leblon is where all the best restaurants and bars tend to be, and the beach scene here is incredible... views of Dois Irmaos mountains, and incredible sunsets. This is a fantastic hotel, and a fantastic deal. This hotel has a great rooftop pool and ocean view. We stayed here during a visit a couple years ago and had a great stay. Just a note, this is located in Copacabana which is the neighborhood next to Ipanema beach. Most cool nightlife happens in Leblon / Ipanema if thats a consideration, and just a short uber (15min) from this hotel.

This is the highest end hotel in Rio, overlooking Ipanema beach. Prices are on the higher end, but the experience is unmatched. Best location in Rio, centrally located, incredible rooftop pool and bar with views of the ocean.

This hotel is located in Arpoador, the area between Ipanema and Copacabana and is a good option if you want to be near one of the most beautiful beaches in Rio (2-minute walk!). The hotel has a pool on the roof, modern facilities and is a great deal with the discount code. Make sure you don't miss out on watching the sunset from Arpoador Beach!

For those chasing a more boutique hotel experience, this one will be right up your ally. This boutique hotel in a colonial mansion from the 19th century, and located in the same neighborhood as our wedding venue. Santa Teresa is a very eclectic, bohemian and artist neighborhood, with great bars and boutiques. While our other hotel recommendations are right on the beach, this hotel is about 25min by car from Ipanema beach. This hotel is also is a very hilly neighborhood that is not very walkable. Just a heads up depending on what you're after
