It was a cold and rainy Saturday in Rochester NY... The Buffalo Bills lost and both Holly & Charles found themselves hydrating at a local bar named Salinger's with their friends. As it turns out, Charles' friends happened to know Holly and they assisted with the introduction... phone numbers were exchanged and a dad joke was told, the rest as they say, is history!

When the time came to get down on one knee, there had to be a plan more intricate than any plan in history. Holly has always been quite the sleuth, so organizing a proposal without her discovering the plan was going to be difficult. With multiple people involved, multiple weeks of planning and a few close calls... the stage was set for K2 Brewery on Sunday morning! The proposal went off without a hitch, Holly never saw it coming! After the inevitable 'Yes!', family & friends arrived to celebrate and it was the most perfect day.
