When should I RSVP by?

ASAP! Help us to plan by responding as soon as you can. July 15th at the latest.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Let's get dressed up a little! Cocktail attire is encouraged but we will be happy to see you in whatever you choose to wear. *Note: this is an outdoor wedding and it may get cold so be sure to check the weather!

What time should we arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony begins at 4pm. Please leave at least 20 minutes to park and get to the ceremony location.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes. We would prefer that people contribute to our honeymoon fund but we have a small amazon registry as well. Please see registry page for links.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We will have activities for kids of all ages including face painting, dancing, and more! Please be respectful and try to keep children quiet during the ceremony. **Note we would like kids to leave by 10pm.

Is there parking?

Yes, but carpooling is encouraged.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be one cocktail, wine, beer, cider, and a variety of non-alcoholic options.

What is the lodging situation?

Answer

There is free overnight camping onsite. You must bring your own gear but there are many places that rent gear in the area. Just let us know if you would like help. We would prefer that children did not stay as it could be loud. Feel free to come to the venue to set up as early as 11am on Friday but please stay out of the ceremony area until 3:30. There are also plenty of hotels in Beaverton which is about 20-30 minutes from the venue.
