Shuttle to Ceremony at Lakeside Beach

July 29, 2023 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

We will have a shuttle picking up guests and transporting them to Lakeside Beach for the ceremony. The schedule is as follows: 1st Lap: -3:20pm- Hard Rock Hotel -3:25pm- Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel -3:30pm- Basecamp Tahoe South - Drop off at Lakeside Beach 2nd Lap: -3:40pm- The Coachman Hotel -Drop off at Lakeside Beach These timings could change slightly based on traffic. For those not staying at or near these pickup locations, Ubers are readily available in the South Lake Tahoe area! We will also have the shuttle available to take guests back to these locations after the reception ends between 10pm and 11pm. We can't wait to see you all!

Flight

Reno, Nevada (RNO)

Reno is the closest airport to the Lake Tahoe area and is about an hour drive to South Lake Tahoe. There is a shuttle available from Reno Airport to some of the larger hotels in the South Lake area, at which point many hotels are in walking distance or a quick Uber ride away. Please see shuttle information below.

Shuttle From Reno Airport to South Lake Tahoe

Shuttle drop off locations like Harrah's and Harvey's are in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. Once in South Lake Tahoe, everything is easily accessible by walking or a short Uber, including our wedding venue. Rates and schedules can be found on the shuttle website.

The Coachman Hotel

The Coachman is within walking distance to the wedding venue (short Uber if you are wearing heels!) with all the Tahoe vibes. When using our discount code please select "Rate Access/Corporate code" from drop down menu before entering the code "WEDD"- code will not work with any other option! Sam and Kate will be staying here for the first few days!

Basecamp Tahoe South

Basecamp is a fun and casual hotel in the heart of South Lake Tahoe! Kate and Sam enjoy staying here during ski weekends as they have a great café in their lobby for breakfast and a brewery attached for post slope drinks.

Another popular accommodation for travelers visiting the South Lake Tahoe area are the casinos- Harrah's, Harvey's and Hard Rock to name a few. There are also familiar hotels like Holiday Inn and The Marriott. These are all within walking distance to our venues, restaurants, and shops.
