How do I get to Tulum?

Answer

There are 2 airports in the area: Tulum (TQO) and Cancun (CAN). See the Travel tab for more information on airport and transportation options.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is April 1st! Use the RSVP tab on our website to let us know if you are joining us & to make your meal selection! If you are having difficulty, please let us know!

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Hilton Tulum, please see the Travel tab for information on our hotel block & the booking link. You are welcome to stay elsewhere if you have something else in mind but transportation to and from the wedding venue on Saturday will be provided from the Hilton.

Where is the wedding ceremony?

Ceremony and festivities will take place at Moon Sanctuary at Cerverceria Tulum.

What time is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will be begin at 5:30. Cocktail hour and reception will follow. A late lunch is encouraged as we are starting the festivities later to avoid the peak heat of the day

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We cannot accommodate children at the wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday; however, children are more than welcome to join on your trip and stay at the resort. The Hilton is family friendly with a Kids & Teen zone with activities and a fun pool with splash buckets and small water slides for kids to enjoy! Check out their website for more information. Please Note: The wedding festivities will be off-property so childcare would need to be arranged for Saturday evening while you are away, if needed.

The wedding & festivities will take place outdoors, so plan accordingly!

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

Transportation between the Hilton and our venue will be provided. If you are staying elsewhere you will need to arrange transportation.

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

Tropical Semi-Formal Attire Ladies - Think light, airy dresses! Your most funky and colorful dresses are encouraged - have fun, it's a tropical party! Gentleman - Think linen, light colors! If you'd prefer a short sleeve button down, go for it! Jackets are not required but no shorts or sandals please! Footwear - While we will not be on the beach, the entire event is outdoors with some areas that are sandy/gravel while walking into the venue and throughout the evening so choose your shoes accordingly! A chunky heel versus a stiletto is the way to go.
