AIRPORTS
At your convenience you can fly into DFW or DAL. Our hotel blocks are west of the metroplex, approximately 45 minutes from DFW and 60 minutes from DAL. You can organize shuttle buses from the airport to the hotels if you are traveling in a large group or hire an Uber/Lyft ~$50-75 one way (scheduling ahead of time is recommended).
HOTELS
Although there are many options available in the Fort Worth and Dallas metroplex we chose hotels closer to our venue. Feel free to look into AirBnB’s or other hotels but the shuttles will only be picking up and dropping off to the hotels listed on this page. The hotels are 1.5 minutes walking distance from each other. They both have similar room styles and pricing. Both hotels have a heated pool and complimentary breakfast.
