Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport

This will be the closest airport to the venue. The Lodge being an hour away from this airport. We recommend flying in Thursday, 5/18 or Friday 5/19 to take advantage of your stay. As of now, 03/08, those in the midwest area will find the best priced flights out of Chicago and Cincinnati.

Jackson Hole Airport

The next closest airport is Jackson Hole Airport in Wyoming. If you wanted to drive through Yellowstone, you could rent a car to take through the park. Jackson, WY is around 1 hour, 15 minutes to drive from Jackson, along the Grand Teton National Park to the South Entrance of Yellowstone. From the airport, through Yellowstone, to Rainbow Ranch Lodge would be a full day trip with around 5 hours in the car.

A family favorite. Turo is a peer-to-peer car sharing service. Select the exact car you are hoping to rent and secure for our date, reserve early for early-bird specials. Otherwise all major car rentals are available at the airport. Tip: Enter BZN Airport as your pick-up location for an option to have the car waiting at the airport for you.

Rainbow Ranch Lodge

This is where the fun begins! We have the entire Lodge reserved for the wedding on Friday, 5/19 and Saturday night 5/20 at a discounted price. You may book a longer stay if you would like. Guests to call (406)-414-6441 to reserve a room or email brittney@rainbowranchbigsky.com, we recommend email. We encourage splitting rooms with friends and family so we can have as many of our loved ones on the property as possible. You will have the option to put a deposit of half the cost now and pay the rest in full at a later date. If you attempt to reserve your room and told that your name is not on the list, please let Gareth and I know so we can look to make arrangements and recommendations. Your stay includes complimentary breakfast. There is a restaurant on site, Wild Caddis known for their fine dining. But feel free to cross the street to the Coral for a quick bite.

Travel Note

By the way...

Feel free to make whatever accommodations in Big Sky that are suitable to your preferences. Places like 320 Guest Ranch, The Wilson, and AirBnb Rentals in the area are available. Bozeman, Belgrade, and Four Corners are about an hour away from Big Sky via a windy one lane road through the canyon. We would not suggest this area for accommodations the night of the wedding. Bozeman, Belgrade, and Four Corners are about an hour through a canyon to the venue, we recommend staying in Big Sky to make transportation to events an easier drive. If you plan to celebrate accordingly, we recommend you stay on the property as shuttle services will not be available. We sincerely hope you make the trip.
