Yes, both are at the Minocqua Country Club. The ceremony will be held outside and the reception will be inside the Country Club.
Cocktail Attire (Collared shirts required for men and no jeans please).
Shuttle's will be running from 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm and taking people from the Minocqua Country Club (MCC) to downtown, and all hotels listed on our Travel page. If you're planning on drinking, we recommend carpooling to the Mincoqua Country Club, and then taking the shuttle back to your hotel or downtown after the reception. Cars can be left overnight at the MCC and it's close enough to pick up cars in the morning.
Yes, there is parking at the Minocqua Country Club. Cars can be parked over night if needed!
We suggest arriving around 4:00pm, 30 minutes before the ceremony.
4:30pm - Ceremony 5pm - Cocktail Hour 6pm - Reception 8pm - Dance Party! 11pm - Head downtown for the after party!
Cocktail hour following the Ceremony with the Reception to follow. We'll also be heading to the bars downtown after the reception for those who aren't ready for the celebration to end :)!
Yes, there are a FEW Uber driver's in Minocqua and also Taxi services. Please keep in mind Minocqua's a small town and try to plan accordingly.
