When should I book accomodations

Answer

ASAP, please reference the schedule page for all of the information. Prices will be going up at the end of the year. You can cancel your room up to 3 days prior to the stay and they don't charge the card until the stay. I recommend booking a room, even if you aren't sure you will be able to attend to ensure you get the best price.

When is the RSVP deadline

I need all RSVPs by Mar 15th, 2024.

What are the closest airports

Answer

Fayetteville, AR (please make sure it is Arkansas) is the closest, the airport code is XNA. The driving distance is 1hr 10min Springfield-Branson (SGF) is 1hr 50 min St Louis (STL) is 4hr 50 min

Can I bring a date

Answer

Our venue can only accommodate 100 people. When you go to the RSVP page and you don't have a guest listed, unfortunately the answer is no.

Are kids welcome

Answer

Our celebration is 18+, the only exceptions are the children who are part of the wedding.

Where should I park

Answer

There should be plenty of parking at both venues. However, It might be helpful for guests to carpool to/from the ceremony.

What should I wear

Dress is semi-formal, nice jeans (the ones without the Copenhagen rings and holes) are acceptable.

What kind of shoes should/ shouldn't I wear

Answer

Dressier shoes for the ceremony. For the reception and dancing - please change into what you will be comfortable in, just know that there will be photographic evidence.

Is the wedding inside or outside

Answer

Both venues are indoors, family and wedding party will be having outdoor photos.

Is it ok to take pictures with our phones during the ceremony

Answer

No. The officiant will let you know when you can snap a few pictures before we ask that you put your phones down and just be present. At the reception, I would love for you to take pictures and share them with us.

What happens after the ceremony

All guests will proceed to the Inn of the Ozarks for the reception

Is transportation being provided

Answer

We will not be providing transportation, we made sure to have our reception at a hotel so that no one feels the need to drive after celebrating with us.
