We have booked blocks of rooms at the Courtyard Rochester and Holiday Inn Express hotels off of 2nd Street SW in Rochester across from St. Marys Hospital. There are many other hotels along 2nd Street and we encourage our guests to make reservations in this area. We will be providing a shuttle at the Courtyard hotel to transport guests to and from the reception. You do not need to stay at this hotel to use the shuttle. There are over 60 hotels throughout the city, so feel free to book your stay at a hotel that best suits your travel needs/budget!

We will coordinate optional shuttle rides after the wedding ceremony to take our guests from the Courtyard Marriott hotel off of 2nd Street SW to and from the reception at the Mayowood Stone Barn. This will be included as an RSVP event on the schedule of events page. Shuttle arrangements will be made based off of the number of RSVPs received.
