Who can I bring?
Answer
Due to limited seating, only the people named on the invitation should be present at the wedding and reception. While we would love to include every possible person, strict venue and rental limitations do not allow for any guests beyond those directly named on the invitations.

Although we love your kids, this is an adult only affair.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
RSVP's need to be returned by April 5th. Kindly navigate to the RSVP tab to let us know if you will be in attendance.

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you are unable to make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no," so that we can plan accordingly.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?
Answer
Yes! Please see the "Travel" section on our website for details. There are many accommodation options in Las Vegas so feel free to look elsewhere. Be sure to book in advance as it is a holiday weekend.

Is there a dress code?

Formal/cocktail attire, please. We encourage a Vegas flair!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outside, beginning promptly at 7:30 and lasting no more than 30 minutes. The party will move indoors for the cocktail hour, dinner, and reception.

What is the weather like in Las Vegas in May?
Answer
It's common in the desert for the day temperatures to be drastically different from night temperatures, so make sure you're prepared for an evening chill once the sun goes down. Average High Temperature: 88 degrees Fahrenheit (31 degrees Celsius) Average Low Temperature: 66 degrees Fahrenheit (19 degrees Celsius)

How do I get to the venue and back?
Answer
Lyft and Uber are the primary sources of transportation in Las Vegas. Please plan ahead as this is one of the busiest weekends in Las Vegas each year. If you are renting a car, the property provides ample parking.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
To accommodate for Vegas traffic, please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. The ceremony begins at 7:30 PM.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the bridal party and family will be taking pictures nearby for roughly an hour. Guests will head to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages. All events are on-site.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes, there will be an open bar offering liquor, beer, wine, champagne, soda and juice options.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, or special diet options?
Answer
If you have specific dietary needs, please let us know upon submitting your RSVP. Sunset Gardens has a common kitchen and will do the best that they can to accommodate dietary needs.
