FAQs

"May it be a light to you in dark places, when all other lights go out." This is new territory for everyone and we are doing our best to keep everyone up to date and informed with both state/county guidelines and also how we are moving forward personally. Please understand that we are making decisions with multiple factors and ask that our requirements be honored.
Question

I got a Save The Date! Does this mean I’m invited to the wedding?

Answer

Yay! We are so happy you got your Save The Date and you made it to our website! We sent them out to all the people in our life that we wanted to share our special day with! Due to COVID however we will be limiting our in-person wedding guest size. Come Spring we will be sending out 2 types of invitations, in-person and virtual via Zoom. While we would love to celebrate with everyone, for safety reasons we’ve decided to go this path and hope you join in either way!

Question

Will the wedding be recorded if I miss the livestream?

Answer

Yes, we are planning on recording the ceremony and partial reception!

Question

Can I come to the wedding if I got a virtual invitiation?

Answer

Brandon and I sent out letters asking guests whether they preferred to attend in person or via Zoom and sent out invitations accordingly, however if we did not hear back we tried to make our own judgement. If you would like to attend in person, please reach out to either one of us as soon as possible!

Question

If Jackson County falls back in to Phase 1 or restricts gatherings will the wedding still happen?

Answer

We will still livestream the event regardless, however if the situation is either restricted or becomes too much of a worry we will reach out to guests and let them know and move forward with just our family members. We hope that everyone will still join in via Zoom though!

Question

Are there any COVID precautions happening at the wedding?

Answer

Hand sanitizer and masks will be available however we will be following CDC and state guidelines, but you are always more than welcome to take whatever precautions you feel comfortable with.

Question

Do I need to wear a mask at the wedding? / Do I need to be vaccinated to attend the wedding?

Answer

Due to vaccinations now being available to the public we encourage all of our guest to get vaccinated as it is the safest solution to COVID-19. However in regards to masks we will not be requiring them, but will have available and we want all guests to feel comfortable so you may choose to or not.

Question

Can my children come?

Answer

We will have children's tables set up and they are more than welcome to attend! Please just be mindful of noise during the ceremony as we will be live-streaming for guests who are unable to attend in person.

For all the days along the way
