Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will have a Welcome dinner on Friday night at Redwood Lodge at the Marconi (catered with cash bar). On Sunday, we will have pick up breakfast in the lobby.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We have dined with most of you and know most food allergies/preferences. If there is an allergy or food preference we may not know about, please let us know so we can notify the caterer.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/Dressy Casual. The ceremony will be on a grassy hilltop so it will not be heel friendly. We suggest you bring a jacket, lows for Tomales Bay will be in the high 40's.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Golf carts with be accessible for guests who need to hitch a ride up the hill for the ceremony and also down the hill for hotel rooms and reception. There will be no included transportation to and from the Marconi.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Plenty of parking! There is parking next to the hotel rooms and close to the reception. There is no parking next to the ceremony but, it is a four minute walk from the rooms and there are golf carts available.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We’ve chosen to have an adult-only celebration to ensure our guests can fully enjoy the evening(with the expedition of kids who are part of the ceremony). We hope you can join us in this special moment.
