What is the dress code?

Answer

Beach Casual! Think sundresses, polo shirts, and slacks or shorts for a beach casual wedding.

Will the ceremony and cocktail hour take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoor, but will have some covering and options for shade. Please stay tuned for the events.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The chance of rain increases slightly compared to previous months and the ocean temperature is around 84 °F. The wind is calm and nighttime temperatures are around 75 - 79 °F.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes. Beaches is a family friendly resort with many child friendly activities.

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

Yes, please contact Anne for booking. Rsvp and room booking will need to be done through Anne. Anne@ikptravel.com

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We ask that phones and cameras are not used during the ceremony. We will have a photo moment if people want to take a picture then ask phones and cameras are put away. We also ask we wait to post on social media until a week after or you have seen us post.

What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

If you will be coming to the wedding you must RSVP through Anne while you’re booking. Booking through Anne allows you to access the group discount and add you to our count of guests for the wedding ceremony and activities. (Anne@ikptravel.com) If you are unable to attend, we completely understand, also no response is necessary.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Reserve and put your deposit down with Anne as soon as you can. Rooms are not guaranteed. Once you have put your deposit down the dates below let you know when the room must be paid by. 6/1/2023- by this date 35% of your room must be paid for and fully paid by 7/15/2023. Anne (anne@ikptravel) will manage payments for rooms.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

We know that travel is expensive you are our gift!

Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

Answer

Yes! There will be events through the 4 days and we will be building out the itinerary. We ask that you join what you’re able to and comfortable with. More to come!

Is 4 nights the min/max nights you have to stay?

Answer

No. You can extend the nights either before or after the room block. It is a 3 night minimum, Anne can help getting the prices for a 3 night stay.
