We decided to send out paper invitations and have guests RSVP electronically. You should be receiving your invitation in the mail by the end of August, early September. An RSVP tab has been added to the website, so you can let us know your plans and choice of entree. PLEASE RSVP by OCTOBER 15th
We ALREADY HAVE all that we NEED: GREAT Family and GREAT Friends. The best gift we can ask for is to have you celebrate our special day with us. In lieu of a gift, we do ask that you use the Hotel down the street (Hilton Harbor Island), so we know our guests will not have far to go after the festivities.
We love your kids; we really do, but we want our wedding to be your night off! We can arrange for babysitters to make that a reality.
Jeez Angus, the new venue is still only .3 miles away. Just walk!!! We did a trial stay at the hotel, it's a short walk along the bay to the venue. And definitely within staggering distance on the way back.
Not sure your spouse would be happy about that when they find out. If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, tie and jackets please. I am proposing that people can change into your favorite Hawaiian attire once the dancing starts. (e.g. Hawaiian shirts for guys)

You should try to park directly between the 2 white lines in the parking lot taking up only a single space. There is plenty of free parking spaces at the venue for you to choose from
See the Hotel information under the Wedding Lodging link on the website. We don't have a block of rooms, but the Hotel will honor the 15% discount until 7 days before arrival or if the hotel reaches 80% capacity. So please book your hotel rooms early. Also, you may be able to get a deeper discount if you are a Hilton Honors member, so try other discounts too. Please book a room at this hotel if you are travelling. We don't want to worry about you travelling far after the wedding.
We want to have as much time as possible for eating, drinking and dancing, so the sooner we get the ceremony over, the sooner we get to the fun part for you guys. Please plan to be there a little bit earlier than the start time, so we can start the ceremony at exactly 6:00 PM.
