Nathan and I first met through our good friends at a birthday party in Augusta, GA (shout out to our friends Lindsey and JR who were always conniving and planting thoughts through the years!!) We stayed friends while I was in PA school, hanging out in group settings often. I thought I was going to be moving away from Augusta after PA school (everyone knows how hard I was trying to leave Augusta) and unexpectedly landed a job here. Nathan had temporarily moved to Florida for eight months but knew he was coming back in 2024. We started talking more in October when I moved back to Augusta after graduating, and he was making trips back to Augusta for work. Through lots of prayer, we knew we seriously wanted to pursue each other and officially started dating in December. We were eventually brought back together and now...here we are! We are thrilled to be a part of each other's families and cannot wait for what mercies the Lord will provide through our covenant to one another, realizing the intended purpose of our imperfect marriage is to point to the perfect covenant promise between Christ and his bride- the church. We know that even when we will fail each other, our hope can remain in a Savior who loves us perfectly and wonderfully, more than we will ever know. Thank you for being a part of our story; we are so grateful for each one of you. We hope you can witness the faithfulness of the Lord as we join together as one. See you in October!
