The Cone Manor
You can hike down to Bass Lake from Moses Cone Manor and back up making a ~5 mile loop. You can also hike up to the fire tower from here (another 5ish loop) and get a pretty good view from the top of the tower!

Best ice cream in town! Located on Main Street so tons of shops and restaurants to bop into nearby.
Grandfather Mountain
Lots to do at Grandfather Mountain. Fun fact it's called Grandfather Mountain because you can see the face of an old man looking up at the sky in the cliffs. Walk across the Swinging Bridge or hike my favorite hike, the Profile Trail. The view at the top is SICK and you'll get your heart rate pumping!
