Summertime Cocktail Attire
Please join us for drinks and light bites at The Phoenicia Diner to kick off our wedding weekend. Shuttles will leave The Beekman Arms at 6:45 pm, and will leave The Kinsley and Best Western Hotels at 7:00 pm. Shuttles will depart The Phoenicia Diner at 10:15 pm and will be making return stops at all three hotels!

Ceremony

Formal Attire
Our ceremony will be held on the grounds of Northwood in Germantown. Shuttle service will be available to the ceremony location. More information to follow. This is an outdoor event with uneven ground in many places. Guests should plan footwear accordingly. Shuttles to the ceremony will leave all hotels at 3:30 pm.
Dinner and Dancing
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Formal Attire
Golf carts will be available onsite to move guests between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Shuttle service will also be available from the reception back to guest accomodations. The first shuttle will leave the estate at 9 pm and make stops at all hotels. Later shuttle service will begin at 11 pm and make stops at the after party and all hotels. There will be an informal after party at Traghaven Whiskey Pub after the reception. Some shuttles will provide extended service from Traghaven to guest accomodations.

After our reception, we will be continuing the celebration at Traghaven Whiskey Pub in downtown Tivoli. There will be shuttle service provided home from the afterparty, as well.
