FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We're excited to have you join us! Please arrive promptly at 4 pm as the ceremony will commence shortly after.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding weekend will be an adult-only affair. We hope this gives you the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing and fun break!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our venue space is limited, so we've tailored our guest list with care. If we've been able to extend a plus one to you, you'll find it specifically mentioned on your formal invitation.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Friday, 3/21: Welcome Event Festive Attire with a Twist! We invite you to embrace the spirit of New Orleans by adding a fun and colorful flair to your cocktail attire. Think vibrant, lively, and uniquely you! Saturday, 3/22: Ceremony, Reception, Dinner, & Dancing Semi-Formal/Black-Tie. We invite you to dress in your finest, whether that be tuxedos and gowns or stylish suits, elegant cocktail dresses, chic pantsuits, or sophisticated jumpsuits. For your comfort and enjoyment, we suggest bringing a pair of dance-friendly shoes for the reception and after-party if your formal footwear isn't suited for dancing.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We partnered with the Royal Sonesta New Orleans, just two blocks from our ceremony and reception venue. You can access our special discounted room block in the travel section of this website. We highly recommend staying at this hotel to avoid the hassle of navigating traffic in the French Quarter. However, New Orleans offers many excellent accommodation options to suit a range of budgets.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking in the French Quarter can be a challenge, as there is limited street parking. For those staying at our home base hotel, the venue is only a 2-minute walk away. If you are staying at a different hotel, we strongly suggest opting for Uber/Lyft. This is both a convenient choice for those coming in from out of town and a wise one since the drinks will be flowing for anyone planning to partake.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

While we haven't arranged for specific transportation, getting around is easy with Uber/Lyft services, which are both readily available and budget-friendly. Additionally, our home base hotel is only a 2 minute walk to our wedding venue!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, please check the registry page of our website!
