If you cannot make it to the wedding please let us know by August 4th, 2023 & RSVP "Decline" so we can plan accordingly.

What is the weather like?

Answer

When visiting Colorado it is not uncommon to experience all four seasons. The days can be warm but then cool off significantly after the sun goes down. Making sure you have a light jacket to keep the chill off at night is encouraged. Montrose can also get windy. If you are staying in the Grand Junction area, it tends to be warmer, especially in August! And if you are staying in the Ridgeway/Ouray area, you can expect cooler temperatures as you are higher in the mountains. Regardless of the actual temperatures outside, you should take notice of the sun. You are at higher altitudes and therefore the sun can be more intense. Sun protection is advised.
