The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. We hope this information will be helpful. CANCELLATION POLICIES: If you booked using our room block or discounted code at the Anchorage Inn or Stones Throw they will honor a change or provide a refund in the event you need to cancel. Please reach out to the hotel directly to make any necessary changes. VENUE INFO: Both the ceremony and reception are outdoors. All vendors are taking extreme action to ensure the highest level of cleaniness and safety.

Do I have to RSVP again?

Answer

Yes, please RSVP for our new date even if you had previously RSVP'd for June 6th.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking onsite. We have reserved this parking for handicapped and specialty use. Please work with the Bride & Groom on specific parking needs. There will be shuttle options from recommended lodging, please check back at a later date for further details.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children but thought you might like a night off! Please take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style! Thank you for understanding.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We request the ceremony be an unplugged event. We are paying a photographer the big bucks to capture our day and will share photos following the wedding. This moment is very important to us and we would like you to be fully present. Feel free to take any photos at the cocktail hour and reception. If you would like to post on social media our hashtag is #CassidysOnTheCoast so we can keep up with all of your pictures!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

We appreciate you traveling from afar and are working on planning additional wedding events to make the most of our time together. Continue to check the Schedule of Events tab for updates.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Although we certainly hope the weather will be perfect for our wedding day, the ceremony will be moved to the reception tent if needed.

Can I book a room at The Viewpoint Hotel?

Answer

Unfortunately, The Viewpoint has minimal rooms and is reserved for the wedding party. Please check out the travel recommendations tab for alternative options.
