Room block option 1 if you are a Marriott person. This resort is about a 6 min drive & 1.5 miles away from King Street. We wanted our guests to have an affordable hotel option and the two Waterfront Hotels will be your best bet for affordability. Both are very clean, and spacious. Room block option 2 if you are a Hilton person. This resort is about a 6 min drive & 1.5 miles away from King Street. This hotel is right next to the Marriott. Hotels we recommend and LOVE in Charleston HOTEL BENNETT - Luxury hotel on King Street! Very fabulous and has a great rooftop! THE DEWBERRY - Luxury hotel behind Hotel Bennett. Also very fabulous and Citrus Club is the rooftop- has 360 degree views of the city THE MILLS HOUSE (Hilton property) - This is the famous pink building in downtown Charleston. This is closer to Rainbow Row area - This is where Cass & A normally stay on trips to Charleston. - Second floor "rooftop" pool and great outdoor patio for cocktails and snacks! THE PINCH - Absolutely adorable boutique hotel - Each room is equipped with a full kitchen- all appliances - IG worthy rooms VENDUE - Cool and artsy cool hotel - 1 side of the hotel is quiet and the other side can be more noisy due to the Revival rooftop. They offer lots of complimentary evening receptions. - 4-5pm everyday complimentary wine and champagne - 5pm art show in lobby - 9pm complimentary milk and cookies GRAND BOHEMIAN - If you are big into art, this hotel is for you! - Hotel lobby offers a 5pm art exhibit tour LINDY RENAISSANCE (Marriott owned hotel) - Clean, slick and modern hotel that has different activities each evening that are complimentary - Mimosas and champagne are offered when you check in - Complimentary bikes are offered HYATT HOUSE & HYATT PLACE - This is the closest hotel to our 2 venues for 3/21 and 3/22. - They offer rooms and full suites with fully equipped kitchens and very spacious rooms. - This hotel is right on King Street and across from Uptown Social which is one of Cass & A's favorite bars! FRANCIS MARION - Picturesque Charleston hotel. Have not seen the rooms but have heard great things. - Starbucks next to lobby and across the street from Hotel Bennett Hotels we do NOT recommend in Charleston - Embassy Suites Charleston Downtown - Hampton Inn Downtown Charleston
