what's the dress code?

black tie! men - tux is preferred. ladies- wear colors & patterns to brighten up our dance floor.

will there be transportation?

Answer

there will be a shuttle departing the fordson hotel at 4:30pm on saturday. it will leave aspen ranch around 11:30pm and go back to the fordson hotel. if you don’t utilize the shuttle, there is plenty of free parking at the venue, or you can use uber. it may be helpful to schedule an uber if you are going to use one!

due to venue constraints, we can only accommodate plus ones if they are listed with your name on the RSVP section of our website.

yes! there is a welcome party at the fordson hotel starting at 8pm. details on events tab.
