How It Started

06.05.16

When Cassidy first saw Andrew playing a Shiloh basketball game, she said, "Krista, who is that?" Krista replied, "That's Andrew Hartman, leave him alone Cass." So she did. Years later when Cassidy moved to Bismarck after college she went with Krista to a Bismarck Capitals Baseball Game. There, Cassidy saw Andrew playing shortstop and told Krista that if she asked him to go out to supper with them she would buy all of their food. Andrew quickly accepted the invitation. After that, the two hit it off and saw each other everyday for the next two weeks. They stayed up so late talking and spending time together every night that Andrew's lack of sleep ended up putting him in the emergency room for a night. They have been inseparable ever since.

The Proposal

12.5.19

Cass and Andrew have made a trip to Las Vegas together for the past 3 years for the NFR and PBR. The first year, Andrew admitted he was scared of heights, but Cass convinced him to go on the High Roller (the world's tallest ferris wheel) and zip line over Fremont all in one trip. On their third trip to Vegas, December 5th, 2019, Andrew took Cass up to the High Roller again and proposed to her at the very top overlooking all the lights of Vegas. Cass had no idea it was coming, especially since she packed his bags for him and knew their was no way there was a ring in there. Andrew was clever and sent the ring to Vegas with her sister, Krista, to make sure she wouldn't find it. We are so blessed to have found each other, challenged each other to to step outside of our comfort zones, and grown in becoming the best versions of ourselves because of one another. We can't wait to celebrate with you all on our big day!
