Transportation

We are going to have a bus come pick people up in front of the Performing Arts Center around 3:15PM to transport everyone to our ceremony spot. Please consider coming to the PAC and catching the bus! Then you will be bussed back to the PAC

Hotels

Answer

There are many different hotels in the area. We do have around 15 rooms blocked for our wedding party at the Elizabeth Oceanfront Suits in Newport. Other hotels that are nearby are The Whaler, Hallmark Resort, Inn at Nye Beach, and the Shilo Inn. There are also many Airbnbs in the area as well close to the reception area

Can I bring a date?

Please ask first before assuming you may have a guest. Unless otherwise noted, please ask Drew or Lillian.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are having a welcome party at Rogue Bayfront Restaurant on Friday May 5th. This event will be outside on their patio. We will have appetizers available and then first drink is on us.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would like everyone to RSVP by April 1st at the latest please. That way we can finalize our seating chart and things like that. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are highly suggesting that people take the provided bus down to the ceremony spot. The bus will pick up around 3:15PM in front of the Performing Arts Center. For those driving: We are suggesting people arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony. That way everyone can find a seat and get comfortable.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would like everyone to feel comfortable! The suggested attire is cocktail hour style. We are asking that no one wear jeans or”t-shirts” please. Other than that, come comfortable and ready to dance!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
