Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Don your best Renaissance Fair attire - or your Sunday best. Our wedding is themed, however you are welcome to wear what you are comfortable in (but, please, no work jeans or gym shirts -- this is our special day!). The ceremony will be outside. With February weather, please dress accordingly. Remember to wear a jacket and have shoes you don't mind wearing outside.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

20 - 30 minutes should be plenty of time to park and make your way to the ceremony :)

Question

Will the ceremony/reception be inside or outside?

Answer

We are hoping that the weather will cooperate so we can have our ceremony outside overlooking the lake. Please bring a coat and wear shoes that you don't mind possibly getting wet/snowy. The dinner reception will be inside the cabin.

Question

Is there parking available near the ceremony/reception venue?

Answer

Yes! Directly next to Birch Hill Cabin is a parking lot.

Question

Are hotel rooms blocked for the weekend?

Answer

No. However, hotels in the Youngstown-Austintown-Boardman, OH area are all within close proximity to our wedding venue.

Question

Will there be vegetarian / vegan / gluten-free food options?

Answer

Please reach out to the Lord or Lady before January 29, 2024 with any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can accommodate!

Question

How can I RSVP and when is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

You can RSVP online on this website using the RSVP tab. Type in your first and last name to find your RSVP. The deadline is January 29, 2024 - one month before our big day!

Question

What do I do if I can't make your big day?

Answer

Just let us know! Please utilize the RSVP to communicate whether or not your can make it.

Question

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Celebrating with you on our special day is the only gift we require! But please see the Registry tab for gift registry details if you'd like to honor us with a gift or contribute to our Wishing Well.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be adults-only so that everyone can relax and enjoy the day. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We have a guest list to follow in order to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only accommodate the count of guests detailed on each RSVP.
