We met at Westpointe church summer of 2018 playing in the praise band. We had an instant connection the first time we talked; our conversation lasted for over an hour with many common interests. With so many things in common, we found many excuses to spend time together. From hikes, to many gym dates, to laughing a little too loud in the library, we found any time spent together was never wasted. For the next year or so our friendship grew and we supported each other through some difficult times. In the fall of 2019 things became increasingly more serious, although we were technically still friends. Up until that point we had just seen each other as good friends. Not knowing if the other wanted anything more serious, we never really had talked about dating. Aaron decided enough was enough and asked Kaylee to both a New year's Eve party and a family Christmas party. This gesture helped to clarify what both had been feeling all along and very quickly the relationship progressed from just being friends to finally dating 🙌 Fast forward to now! Our relationship has survived a continuing pandemic, and everything else that 2020 threw at us. We have only grown stronger as a result of these challenges. We won't lie and say that our faith hasn't been tested, but together we have encouraged each other to draw from the strength we have in Christ. We are excited to look toward the future together as husband and wife. Planning for our special day has been so exciting! We can't wait to celebrate our marriage with the one's we love!
