Seattle-Tacoma Airport (SEA)

For guests flying long distance to attend our wedding, the Seattle-Tacoma airport is going to be your most affordable option. However, please keep in mind that the drive from Sea-Tac is a long one - 3 hours and 20 minutes to be exact - so you will need to rent a car if you choose this option!

Flight

Wenatchee Airport (EAT)

While more expensive than flying into Seattle, the Wenatchee Airport is the closest airport for those looking to reduce their time on the road, and is ~1 hour away from Chelan.

Campbell's Resort on Lake Chelan

We have reserved rooms at Campbells that are available for you to purchase, starting at $319/night. To reserve one of these blocked rooms, you must call Campbell's Resort at 1-800-553-8225. Due to it being a holiday weekend, reservations have a 3 night minimum stay. We recommend three nights sometime between Thursday, August 31st through Monday, September 4th, 2023. When calling, please reference the Lambert/Pehrson Wedding, and provide the Group Reservation Number 746192. Rooms will only be held until Tuesday, July 18.

Apple Inn Motel

We have secured a discounted block of rooms at the Apple Inn Motel for our guests. The rate is $179/night for a Queen room & $189/night for a King room. Guests wishing to book the blocked/discounted rooms must call and reference the Pehrson/Lambert wedding. The deadline to book with this discount is August 1st.

THE LANDING

The Landing is a super cute, boutique hotel in downtown Chelan. They have blocked rooms for us at the following rates: (Friday & Saturday) King suite: $500/night, Queen Suite: $250/night, Standard Queen: $230/night, Two Twins, ADA: $180/night. (Sunday - Thursday) King Suite: $400/night, Queen Suite: $220/night, Standard Queen: $175/night, Two Twins, ADA: $150/night. To book our blocked rooms at these rates, please email thelandingchelan@gmail.com and reference the Lambert/Pehrson Wedding. These rooms will only be held until Sunday, May 28th, 2023.

We have reserved rooms at the Midtowner Motel that are available for you to purchase, starting at $135/night. To reserve one of these blocked rooms, you must call the Midtowner Motel at 1-800-572-0943. Due to it being a holiday weekend, reservations have a 3 night minimum stay. We recommend three nights sometime between Thursday, August 31st through Monday, September 4th, 2023.
