Beardcat's Sweet Shop
A frequent spot for our date nights, we highly recommend trying the olive oil gelato (trust us!). It's incredibly creamy and boasts wonderful hints of olive oil and sea salt.
Five Loaves Cafe
Casual lunch and dinner spot that we love! Its fresh ingredients and creative specials always make us come back for more.
Mozzo Deli
You can catch the two of us here Sundays after church. It's a great breakfast and lunch place that is hard to beat no matter what you're in the mood for.
Le Farfalle
The most amazing Italian restaurant nestled in the Harleston Village of Downtown Charleston. It is the perfect stop if you are looking for hand-made pasta and well-rounded wine.
Sullivan's Island
Even during Charleston winters, we still visit the beach, whether it's for a stroll along the shore or to stop in at some of our favorite places on the island. We highly recommend paying a visit.
The Battery
The Battery is a landmark defensive seawall and promenade in Charleston that stretches along the lower shores of the Charleston peninsula, bordered by the Ashley and Cooper Rivers. It's a great spot for a sunset stroll and admiring Charleston's architecture. While visiting, be sure to walk over to White Point Garden, which is directly across the street.
Pitt Street Bridge
A gem within the Old Village Historic District! What was once a trolley bridge that connected Sullivan's Island to Mount Pleasant, the Pitt Street Bridge is now a scenic public park for recreation and relaxation.
Nature Adventures on Shem Creek
A fun experience if you want to rent or be on a guided kayak or stand up paddleboard tour in the waters around Charleston. Just don't fall in, the water will be chilly!
