Are my children invited?

Answer

If your child is invited, there will be a spot for them on the RSVP that either has their name or a spot to include a child. Please do not include your child's name on the RSVP if there is not a designated space, as they will not be included in the final guest count.

What are the transportation options?

Answer

IF YOU ARE BRINGING YOUR OWN VEHICLE: The venue will offer free valet parking. Just drive up to the front of the venue, and they will park your car for the remainder of the event. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VEHICLE: We will be offering a shuttle for guests who are going to be staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites - Forest Park. The shuttle will be available prior to the wedding ceremony from 3:15pm -3:45pm, with the last shuttle running at 3:45pm. This shuttle will also be taking guests back throughout the night, and should be running every 20 minutes until 9pm.

Can I stay at a different hotel outside of the one preferred?

Answer

Yes! You are welcome to stay at any hotel in St. Louis that feels like the best fit for you. However, our shuttle service for guests will ONLY transport you to and from the Hampton Inn.

Will there be any accessibility concerns?

Answer

For those who are not able to take the stairs: There are several options to move between floors. There is a lift that can take someone from the first to the second floor. In addition, there is a ramp that can take guests into the basement level where dinner will be held. Please refer to your invitation and mark in the provided space what accommodations you will need.

Can I bring a gift that's not on the registry?

Answer

Because we are not currently in our forever home, we are asking for experiences rather than traditional physical gifts. If you would like to give us a physical gift, please contact us (Remya and Carson) directly so we can tell you how to proceed and where to send it. Please do not bring any physical gifts outside of cards to the wedding venue - we already have a full car, so we can't guarantee that the gift will fit!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 4pm. We ask that you arrive between 15-30 minutes early to account for traffic and have ample time to find a seat and get settled before we begin! Due to time constraints, if you arrive after 4pm you will be able to enter the venue after the ceremony has concluded.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! After the wedding ceremony concludes, we will be hosting an open bar for guests throughout the entirety of the reception.
