FAQs
Question

IS CAMP MUELLER A WHOLE WEEKEND OR JUST THE WEDDING DAY?

Answer

We have full use of the camp for the whole weekend! We'd love you to join us for Friday and Saturday night if you are able to, but of course you are welcome to arrive whenever you are able to (we'll just ask that you RSVP to each "event" so we have an accurate headcount). We will be hosting a welcome dinner on Friday night for everyone, camp activities and games on Saturday morning, and of course the wedding in the evening!

Question

WHAT SHOULD I BRING/WEAR?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception are more a more traditional dress-code (semi formal), but make sure you bring comfy clothes for lots of other camp activities during the weekend! Sept. in Maine can get cold so bring lots of layers in addition to bathing suits and sunscreen.

Question

SHOULD I BRING ANYTHING TO EAT/DRINK?

Answer

We will be providing a welcome dinner on Friday night, a light breakfast, lunch, and snacks on Saturday, and of course lots of food at the cocktail hour and reception. If there is any other specific snacks or food you'd like, please feel free to bring it. We will provide beer, wine, and seltzers all weekend as well as as one signature cocktail at the reception.

Question

QUESTION DO I HAVE TO STAY IN THE CABINS?

Answer

Nope! We love to camp and be outdoors, but we definitely recognize that it is not for everyone. On the accommodations page you'll find some suggestions for a local hotel you can book if you'd prefer more creature comforts

Question

HOW "RUSTIC" ARE WE TALKING HERE?

Answer

The cabins all have electricity, bathrooms, showers, and hot water, but there isn't any heat and mostly all accommodations will be twin beds, with some bunk beds. We will be sharing a packing list and more information about what to expect at camp as we get closer to our date. If you're really curious you can check out information about the camp here - www.campcaribou.com

Question

WILL WE BE DOING CAMP ACTIVITIES?

Answer

Yes! We're hard at work planning some fun camp activities to do early in the day on Saturday like kickball, volleyball, cornhole, etc. It will be September in Maine so it may be too cold to swim, but you are more than welcome to take a dip in the lake (Carson definitely will)

For all the days along the way
