A few days before starting our undergrad at Greenville University, we had passed each other on campus. Somehow, we stopped each other and began talking. By the end of the talk, we realized we had a lot in common and began to talk the next several months as best friends before beginning to date in November!

Carson told me we were taking some photos of the two of us to create a book for Mother’s Day. We traveled to Elephant Rock State Park, where we enjoyed hiking, with our friends Alexis and Noel. Carson somehow managed to keep this proposal a secret from myself and popped the big question on the rocks!
