We first met in the 6th grade when Carrigan moved to Powell County. We didn't become friends until 9th grade when we sat next to each other in 2nd period civics class. We began talking every day and soon realized that we never ran out of things to talk about!

Dylan planned a weekend trip to Orlando, a place both of them had traveled to together previously. The day was packed full of Carri-centric activities. From dining at Twenty Pho Hour and Mochinut to exploring the city, it was a perfect day. Little did Carrigan know that Dylan had saved the best for last. He drove them to Lake Eola and rented a swan boat. The two of them paddled across the water, enjoying the swans floating nearby and the sound of the fountains. That's when Dylan asked Carrigan to marry him, although he asked with the ring box upside down. She of course said yes, and the rest was history! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter of our lives with you.
